A Message from Us

We’re so happy to welcome you to celebrate our wedding in Sorrento. It means so much to us that you’ve taken the time, travelling from near and far and making such an effort to be here for us. Sharing this moment with the people we care about most is something we’ll never forget.

Bringing together our Scottish and Italian roots in this beautiful place feels incredibly special. For Pierluigi, Sorrento is home; and for Victoria, thanks to the warmth and welcome from Pierluigi’s family and friends, it is quickly becoming a second home. We look forward to spending more and more time together here in the years to come.

While not everyone will speak the same language at our wedding, we’ve always felt that our people are the same people - warm, generous, full of laughter, and full of heart. As Nonna Rita said: “I don’t understand her, and she doesn’t understand me, but I understand they love each other!”

Un Messaggio da Parte Nostra

Siamo felicissimi di darvi il benvenuto per festeggiare il nostro matrimonio a Sorrento. Per noi significa tantissimo che abbiate dedicato del tempo, viaggiando da vicino e da lontano e impegnandovi così tanto per essere qui per noi. Condividere questo momento con le persone a cui teniamo di più è un'esperienza che non dimenticheremo mai.

Unire le nostre radici scozzesi e italiane in questo splendido luogo è incredibilmente speciale. Per Pierluigi, Sorrento è casa; e per Victoria, grazie al calore e all'accoglienza della famiglia e degli amici di Pierluigi, sta rapidamente diventando una seconda casa. Non vediamo l'ora di trascorrere sempre più tempo insieme qui negli anni a venire.

Anche se non tutti parleranno la stessa lingua al nostro matrimonio, abbiamo sempre pensato che le nostre persone siano le stesse: calorose, generose, piene di risate e di cuore. Come diceva Nonna Rita: "Io non la capisco, e lei non capisce me, ma capisco che si amano!"
